Merry Christmas

Well another Christmas gone and over with.
Odd to think I am almost 18.
I am going to graduate in about 5 months.
Got accepted to BYU-I, don't know if i'll go there, but thats cool I guess.
College, life, bills, toilet paper, roommates, boyfriend, classes, stress, happiness, love, hate, kisses, crying, ring, marriage, toil, fights, forgiveness, babies, growing, report cards, high school, first love, hearts broken, true love, marriage, grandkids... what, will, my, future, hold.

Pathway to a Future

The path I lead is a broken one.
One which I have no control.
I keep walking even though I wish to stop. I must go on. I must keep pressing forward.
This path is short, but feels so long. It is lonley and I wish it not to be. Someday we will walk hand in hand down the path together, but now is not the time. I can see our path comes together just ahead, but as I run toward it, it just gets farther away, always that point in my future I wonder if I will ever reach.
Please let me reach it someday.

When will things not hurt anymore, when will everything be ok again? Why is it all so confusing?
